With a stadium proposal in front of the Southern Nevada Tourism Infrastructure Committee, representatives of casino mogul Sheldon Adelson contracted MassMedia to build a brand identity for the facility and generate public support for the project utilizing traditional and digital media.

Email Marketing

MassMedia regularly communicated stadium developments via email throughout the project’s duration, but once the proposal was approved by the SNTIC and sent to the legislature to potentially become law, MassMedia launched what eventually became an award-winning email campaign to demonstrate that public support for the stadium existed in Clark County, despite what had been reported by some detractors. Utilizing a web-based tool for contacting local legislators, MassMedia empowered Support Las Vegas Dome’s considerable network of stadium proponents to show their support for the project in the form of letters to their district representatives.

Branding & Web design

The MassMedia Creative team immediately began designing logo concepts, and the Digital team got to work on designing a website. The site’s modern design struck a fine balance between being visually stunning, easy to navigate, and highly informative. was the source of information on all of the financial and community benefits associated with the stadium and was later recognized with a PRSA Pinnacle Award for Website Design.

Social Media

MassMedia’s Social Media team was at the forefront of embracing Facebook Live on the Support Las Vegas Dome project, and that tactic enabled the page to amass a relatively large following quickly, and on a modest budget. Support Las Vegas Dome’s social channels, specifically Facebook, became the go-to destination where anyone seeking the latest stadium developments could find the answers to their questions and share their point of view with others just as passionate about the project. MassMedia earned a PRSA Pinnacle Award for its management of Support Las Vegas Dome’s Social Media.
