Paula’s drive and determination turned her start-up business into a multi-million dollar corporation that has continued to grow despite economic downturns. She applies the same work ethic that launched MassMedia Corporate Communications into one of the top communications firms in the southwest to help MassMedia’s clients prosper in an ever-changing media world.

Paula’s clients describe her as an exceptional professional with high standards for quality, accuracy and ethics in business. She is also well known as a hard-working agency owner who has the ability to connect with high level executives and find solutions to their business needs. Her expertise is in brand strategy and development; advertising; public relations, media relations and crisis media relations; social marketing; health care positioning and marketing; and program planning and management.

Paula has 18 years of health care and direct corporate business-to-business marketing experience. She is MassMedia’s lead marketing strategist, specializing in large medical group marketing and provider-patient communications. The award-winning agency she founded is now a full-service integrated communication firm employing 35 people and handling a diversified client base that spans across the nation.

Paula also serves as a strategic advisor to a number of statewide and national clients, including HealthCare Partners, Ascension Healthcare, HCA Hospital, Southwest Gas and Yellow Checker Star Transportation.

She has a rich history in the areas of physician marketing and marketing to segmented audiences. As a respected strategic development expert, Paula guides MassMedia’s team of seasoned professionals in the creation of expertly crafted marketing, advertising and public relations campaigns.

Georgeann has a wealth of experience in branding, advertising, community outreach, media relations and event planning and management. Throughout her career, Georgeann has developed and implemented successful and innovative statewide campaigns for a variety of MassMedia's high profile clients in the consumer, corporate, utilities, and health care sectors.

Georgeann serves as one of MassMedia's lead strategists, providing integrated marketing and advertising solutions to ensure her client's unique messages reach and resonate with their target audiences and drive them to action. Georgeann leads multiple account teams of integrated communications specialists and directs comprehensive marketing campaigns that include brand messaging, creative development, advertising, public relations and grassroots marketing. Her ability to unify all communications strategies through compelling and cohesive messaging has helped her clients consistently meet and exceed their business goals.

Prior to joining MassMedia, Georgeann held several marketing positions in the gaming and hospitality industry. She was a part of the brand marketing team that opened and launched the M Resort Spa Casino in Henderson, Nevada. She also previously worked for Golden Gaming, Inc., Nevada's largest gaming tavern operator and slot route operations.

Lisa has been working in the advertising industry for more than 10 years, starting off as an Account Executive before finding her true passion of media buying in 2007. She knows what it takes to get her client’s message out and in front of potential consumers. She has worked with a variety of industries, including casinos, car dealers, and insurance companies in Las Vegas and major metropolitan areas across the country. Lisa has put together the right media mix for clients with minimal budgets and for those who had millions to work with.

She provides clients with the strategy of a media buy and follows up after the buy is over to make sure the client is satisfied. If there is a problem with the buy, Lisa also works with the medium to make it right for the client. She has been described among her media outlet peers as a tough but fair negotiator who works hard to make sure her clients get the best deal.

Casey Floyd serves as the vice president of integrated marketing at MassMedia. Casey holds over a decade of experience in marketing, project management and digital strategy. Casey has a passion for creative and emerging platforms that reach niche audiences to further brand loyalty and engagement. At MassMedia, his focus is developing digital strategy plans that translate into elevated brand awareness and business growth for an array of clients. He serves as a leader for all digital initiatives from top-level conceptualization to execution to success metric review and optimization in order to achieve brand goals.

Casey joins MassMedia with a breadth of digital experience in both retail and B2B marketing in the financial sector, handling a wide range of projects. Casey previously served as a senior account executive of co-op marketing for the online retailer Zappos.com, where he nurtured relationships and grew business for highly recognizable performance brands such as Adidas, New Balance, Asics and Brooks. He has also held positions with financial institutions where his leadership in marketing and project management were leveraged on B2B campaigns and strategies.

In 2008, Casey was recognized as a Rising Star of Business by the Las Vegas Business Press.

As head of client services, Rina is responsible for leading integrated account teams in the development of strategies that answer client business challenges. By applying the right mix of services, Rina is able to deliver compelling experiences that achieve client goals and objectives, while driving client revenue.

Rina brings over a decade of integrated marketing and management expertise. Her in-depth knowledge in strategic planning, brand strategy and management, content strategy, public relations, paid media and digital marketing allows her to seamlessly connect-the-dots and drive integration amongst teams and marketing solutions for clients. Rina’s experience includes working with both consumer and business-to-business clients; considered purchase, durable goods, home and shelter, insurance, gaming and food and beverage.

Rina is a winner of two 2016 American Marketing Association NOVA Awards for her work in public relations and marketing communications for Pella Windows and Doors.

Brooke Crumpler serves as an Account Director at MassMedia and has more than seven years of experience in marketing and brand development. At MassMedia, Brooke’s responsibilities include planning and executing strategic marketing campaigns, maintaining client budgets, coordinating health care marketing efforts and developing outreach strategies in Southern Nevada.

Prior to joining MassMedia, Brooke served as the director of marketing for H&H Enterprises where she managed a department focused on creative services, product launches, brand development, and advertising. She also played a vital role in creating ad campaigns and negotiating media buys. During her time at H&H, she gained a comprehensive knowledge of marketing from digital and print advertising to event planning and execution.

Brooke earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism and media studies from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

His work has been honored by the American Institute of Graphic Artists on numerous occasions, and has also been featured in several industry publications including American Corporate Identity and LogoLounge.

Aaron has been a trusted partner working with clients from local to global in scope, including EA Games, Allegiant Airlines, Xyience, GES, Yumz Gourmet Frozen Yogurt, Sunburst Shutters, Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada, Southwest Gas, Three Square Food Bank, United Way of Southern Nevada, and more.

Brandon is an award-winning designer and has been in the design industry for nearly a decade. He has experience across various disciplines including web design, interactive design, storytelling, conceptualization, apparel and photography giving him an amassed knowledge base. His web design landed him a worldwide promotion through web platform Squarespace and has had featured photography in web and print publications such as Ebony Magazine.

Prior to joining MassMedia, Brandon founded Whoisbyoung Design Studio in 2011, where he’s worked with numerous high-profile clients including: Beats by Dre, Sacramento Kings, TMT, Mayweather Promotions, UFC, Monster, and artists: TANK, Anjali World, and LeToya Luckett. Here, Brandon led a $2M company rebrand for Badlands Motor Speedway design branding and packaging collateral. Brandon also founded the clothing company PRECISE LIVING in 2008.

Mandi serves as Media Relations Director for MassMedia and brings over a decade of experience in public relations and corporate communication to her role. As an award-winning writer and communications strategist, Mandi engages her strong passion for storytelling to develop and shape messages for her clients.

Prior to joining the MassMedia team, Mandi practiced public relations for several years in Albuquerque, New Mexico where she planned and implemented successful communication campaigns in the healthcare, higher education, arts and culture, tourism, restaurant, and sports industries, that resulted in measurable shifts in perception, high earned media values, and stronger relationships with stakeholders for her clients. In previous roles, Mandi has worked for clients that have included: ABQ Health Partners, Comcast, Presbyterian Healthcare Services, the New Mexico Health Information Technology Regional Extension Center, the New Mexico Health Information Collaborative, the Albuquerque Museum of Art & History, CHRISTUS St. Vincent Regional Medical Center, and several professional athletes.

Mandi is Accredited in Public Relations (APR) by the Universal Accreditation Board, and is a past president of the New Mexico chapter of the Public Relations society of America. In 2015, Albuquerque Business First recognized her as a Woman of Influence. She was also a New Mexico Business Weekly 40 Under Forty honoree in 2010.

Zachary graduated from Hamilton College in 2011 and began his career as a Social Media Specialist at Matrix, a division of L’Oreal. His natural ability to shape, launch and manage promotional strategies contributed to increased revenue and heightened customer engagement. Since then, Zachary has gone on to start his own company, creating a marketing plan that moved him from New York City to Las Vegas.

In August 2015, Zachary started working at MassMedia as the Project Manager for the digital team. Quickly highlighting his skills in more than just project management, he proved he was proficient in delivering integrated and strategic digital marketing plans and proved he was adept at building targeted campaigns in tune with market trends and business needs. He quickly moved to the digital marketing manager role.

Today, Zachary is responsible for digital media buying (from strategy to real-time optimization to reporting), website creation, email strategy, as well as a number of other digital services.

Nicole King brings over eight years of health care marketing experience to her role as Senior Account Executive at MassMedia. Nicole manages the day-to-day marketing and communications campaigns for a variety of health care companies while working with our cross-discipline agency team to develop and implement client initiatives.

Prior to joining MassMedia, Nicole was the Communications Manager at Blackstone Valley Community Health Care, a Federally Qualified Health Center located near Providence, Rhode Island, where she oversaw all marketing and communications efforts to strengthen brand awareness and increase patient engagement. She was instrumental in contributing to the practices’ growth during the largest period of reform in the health care industry’s history, growing unique patients by over 180%. In addition to her health care marketing background, Nicole has years of customer service experience in the hospitality and banking industries

Nicole earned a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing from Elmira College in upstate New York.

Pablo received his Bachelor of Fine Arts in Visual Communication from the International Academy of Design and Technology, and he has over seven years of design experience. His work has been honored by many associations, including the Public Relations Society of America - Las Vegas Valley Chapter and the Las Vegas Innovation Marketing Association.

Pablo has had the opportunity to refine his craft while working with a diverse portfolio of clients, including Seminole Hard Rock, The Smith Center, The Mob Museum, DaVita Medical Group, Hospital Corporation of America, and Yellow-Checker-Star Transportation. He also received Gold and Silver ADDY Awards for his work with HealthCare Partners Nevada.
