Remington Nevada is a commercial developer with approximately 1 million square feet of retail development across Southern Nevada and Central Arizona.

Challenge:

Remington Nevada retained MassMedia to provide integrated marketing services to build brand awareness and engagement with its primary target audience of brokers, potential tenants and landowners as well as increase occupancy of key properties by tenants. Prior to engaging MassMedia, Remington Nevada had not deployed a consistent, integrated marketing strategy.

Strategy & Approach:

MassMedia took an omnichannel approach to Remington Nevada’s marketing strategy and focused on platforms that would drive the target audience to engage, inquire, and take action. MassMedia developed a Lead Generation Campaign to run on Facebook. Featured on its social media channels, e-newsletters, digital advertising and website, the creative campaign included dynamic ad units, branded videos, animations and flyover videos of the developer’s projects. MassMedia also deployed a proactive earned media strategy to secure prominent news coverage throughout the region that would amplify and complement the developer’s paid efforts.

Results:

• Exceeded lead generation goals and tenant acquisition goals.
• Increased social followers by 140% and engagement by 200% across all platforms within a 2-year period.
• Secured more than $350,000 in ad equivalency for earned media efforts; news coverage reflected 100% positive tone and included 100% coverage of key messages.
