To move forward, the brand had to look back. We partnered with Agate to decouple their specialties and reintroduce their general contracting powerhouse as a standalone force.
To eliminate market confusion and fuel growth, we set out to build a clear “firewall” between the company’s general contracting and steel procurement divisions. The objective: a distinct identity that secures a legacy, empowers a new leadership structure, and ensures the brand remains bulletproof for the next 50 years.
We leaned into “The Primak Factor.” By centering the rebrand on principal Lou Primak, we transitioned from a corporate entity to a high-trust, relationship-driven brand.
