We use several third-party tools to operate, analyze, and improve this website.

• Google Analytics: We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our Site, including pages viewed, time on site, and general browsing behavior; this tool may collect your IP address and device/browser identifiers. • Google Tag Manager: We use Google Tag Manager to deploy and manage the tracking tags on our Site. Google Tag Manager itself does not collect personal information but facilitates the tools that do.
• Google Ads: We use Google Ads conversion tracking and remarketing tags to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns and to show you relevant ads on other websites based on your prior visits to our Site. This may involve sharing information such as your IP address, device identifiers, and on-site activity with Google for advertising purposes.

• CallRail: We use CallRail to track and analyze phone calls generated through our Site. CallRail may use cookies to assign a unique tracking phone number to your session so that we can attribute calls to the marketing source, page, or campaign that led to your visit. If you call a tracking number displayed on our Site, CallRail may collect your phone number, call duration, and, where permitted and disclosed at the start of the call, a recording or transcript of the call.
• WordPress: Our Site is built on WordPress, which may use functional cookies necessary for site operation, along with cookies or data collection associated with specific plugins we use, including WPConsent, our cookie preference management tool.

We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. However, our use of Google Analytics (with advertising features), Google Ads remarketing, and Microsoft Advertising UET tags may constitute “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, as that term is defined under applicable state privacy law.

8. Data Retention

We do not retain personal information after it no longer serves the purposes for which it was collected or subsequently authorized. Our Site is not directed at children and is not intended for use by individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 16. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us so we can delete it.
