She has been awarded the PRSA Principal of the Year, Top 40 Under 40, and SBA Entrepreneur of the Year, and has received over 22 Pinnacle Campaign Awards.

Georgeann is a Partner with 20 years of experience in the marketing industry. She is responsible for spearheading integrated planning initiatives that ensure collaboration across the agency’s disciplines to deliver meaningful insights and marketing solutions that work cohesively to accelerate business growth. She has provided strategic counsel to CEOs and business owners across McDonald’s, Capriotti’s, Davita Medical Group, Nevada State University & The Motorcycle Industry Council. Lisa is a Partner with almost 20 years of experience in the media industry and oversees all tactical media planning and buying. She has extensive experience across all traditional and non-traditional platforms within the local and national marketplace. Her expertise spans multiple sectors, and she has worked with clients such as Hyundai, Kia, Toyota, Auto Insurance America, Circus Circus, Southwest Gas, Nevada State College, Healthcare Partners, and United Blood Services. Lisa is a master at embracing the importance of strong relationships to ensure clients’ dollars are maximized. Her media outlet peers have described her as a challenging yet fair negotiator who works diligently to secure the best deal for her clients. Chief Marketing Officer
Karla is the Chief Marketing Officer and brings over 30 years of marketing experience as a consultant and an executive within Starcom, a Publicis Media Agency. She created Knecht Solutions, LLC, and previously served as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Client Officer at Starcom. Her role was to ensure that people, processes, and technology were optimized to meet client needs. During her tenure, she handled client responsibilities for half of the Chicago-based clients and served as executive oversight for the Starcom NY office. She worked across tops clients such as: Novartis, Lowes, Mars-Wrigley, Luxottica, Alcon, Fairlife, Paper & Packaging Board, Altria, Blue Cross Blue Shield, PUIG, ESPN, Grupo Bimbo, Wingstop, Olive Garden, Allstate, Esurance, Abbott, Applebee’s, ComEd, Delta Air Lines, Heinz, Maytag, Oracle, Sealy Mattresses, American Egg Board, and Keebler. Jess is the SVP, Integrated Marketing, responsible for overseeing comprehensive client marketing plans, brand strategies, and agency growth. She has over 10 years of experience working with clients, including Arizona Lottery, Black & Decker, Coco5, Ford, GM, LeVecke Beer Wine & Spirits, and Sherwin-Williams. She is a master at seamlessly bringing together cross-functional teams to develop highly focused, successful integrated marketing campaigns. Her strength lies in getting to the root of a client’s business challenge and starting with the right strategic vision to deliver success. She has been recognized by the Association of National Advertisers with the Rising Star in Marketing Award.
VP, Public Relations
Matt is the VP of Public Relations and has spent nearly a decade channeling creative energy into public relations and marketing campaigns for some of the most beloved and respected brands, thought leaders, and organizations. He has worked with Angostura Bitters, Mazda, Northrop Grumman, MotorTrend, Sevens Rugby, and Spotify to develop and implement communication strategies that demand attention and drive results. He has an insatiable curiosity, which he parleys into his strengths within corporate, HR & internal communications, as well as brand & consumer storytelling. His work has been recognized via the PRSSA Pinnacle Awards for his work on McDonald’s and CCLV.

She has led efforts for Allegiant Airlines, The Borgata, Gila River Resorts & Casinos, Marriott, and Wynn Las Vegas. She oversees multi-million-dollar campaigns with ease, guiding clients through the full spectrum of media, from traditional channels to advanced digital solutions. Her strength lies in blending these disciplines into cohesive, data-driven strategies that capture attention and convert audiences into loyal customers. Jenn is the Director of Consumer Public Relations and has a decade of public relations experience. Throughout her career, she has led brand campaigns for a range of clients, from billion-dollar resorts to boutique popsicle brands. A lifelong artist, Jenn continually seeks creative solutions to help her clients stand out from their competitors. She has worked on impactful placements in emerging media, including Substack newsletters and podcasts, and collaborated with some of the most successful YouTube creators, such as Binging with Babish and Joshua Weissman. She has a wealth of experience in food & beverage, hospitality, and travel, and within the entertainment sector. She understands the nuances of grand openings, having launched Circa Resort & Casino, the first ground-up resort in Downtown Las Vegas in 40 years, MGM National Harbor, a $1.4 billion property outside of Washington, D.C., and Todos Santos Boutique Hotel, which received 1.7 billion impressions and 140 press hits in the first six months.
