Lisa Montague

Partner

Lisa has been working in the advertising industry for more than 10 years, starting off as an Account Executive before finding her true passion of media buying in 2007. She knows what it takes to get her client’s message out and in front of potential consumers. She has worked with a variety of industries, including casinos, car dealers, and insurance companies in Las Vegas and major metropolitan areas across the country. Lisa has put together the right media mix for clients with minimal budgets and for those who had millions to work with.

She provides clients with the strategy of a media buy and follows up after the buy is over to make sure the client is satisfied. If there is a problem with the buy, Lisa also works with the medium to make it right for the client. She has been described among her media outlet peers as a tough but fair negotiator who works hard to make sure her clients get the best deal.

Stephanie Ceccarelli

Stephanie Ceccarelli is Vice President, Public Relations overseeing the publicity division and its inclusive oversight of social media across the agency. Stephanie has more than two decades of experience managing communications and publicity across the corporate, hospitality, lifestyle and entertainment sectors for bicoastal and national clients. Stephanie’s reputation as a trusted resource in the industry is founded upon her strong relationships with clients, media and her team.

Corporate Communications

Prior to moving to Las Vegas in 2016 from Los Angeles, Stephanie served as Vice President, Program Publicity and Corporate Communications at Viacom Media Networks. In this role, she developed publicity campaigns for Country Music Television’s (CMT) non-scripted shows and network executives. Stephanie’s efforts were aimed at driving show tune-in for ratings success as well as helping to shape and implement consumer, business and trade press strategies in support of broader Viacom brand priorities. In addition, Stephanie has been responsible for crafting speeches for stakeholders, television producers and Hollywood executives.

Hospitality

Since moving to Las Vegas, Stephanie has worked to elevate the consumer profiles of properties such as The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, Downtown Grand Hotel & Casino, Tuscany Suites & Casino and Circus Circus Las Vegas. Based in Las Vegas, Stephanie has developed a comprehensive understanding of the travel industry and how the media covers it from a consumer and business standpoint. Stephanie has spearheaded the publicity efforts for grand openings such as Milk Bar and Momofuku inside The Cosmopolitan and developed and implemented campaigns to strategically announce various property renovations such as the $60 million dollar investment in new rides and upgrades made to The Adventuredome at Circus Circus.

Entertainment

Prior to serving as Vice President, Program Publicity and Corporate Communications at Viacom Media Networks for CMT (Country Music Television), Stephanie climbed the ranks at leading global marketing and entertainment PR agency, Rogers & Cowan. A division of Interpublic Group of Companies, the company is based in Los Angeles, with offices in New York, Miami and London. Her eight-year tenure included oversight of a five-person team based in Los Angeles. She built and led the execution of campaigns for a variety of high-profile clients including cable networks, Food Network and Oxygen, “American Idol,” “So You Think You Can Dance,” renown reality show judge and executive producer, Nigel Lythgoe along with his production company, Big Red 2 and foundation, Dizzy Feet, “CMT Music Awards,” best-selling author and motivational speaker, Marcus Buckingham, History Channel, and specifically the launch of Kevin Costner’s “Hatfield & McCoys,” and 19 Entertainment, to name a few.

Brooke believes that behind every great marketing campaign is an efficient process that maximizes ROI and delivers impactful business results. For over a decade, Brooke has partnered with companies to successfully lead integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, outreach strategies, and large-scale budgets.

When Brooke joined MassMedia in 2014, her first account was HealthCare Partners Nevada, one of the largest medical groups in Nevada. She has played an integral role in driving strategy and team collaboration that has enabled HealthCare Partners to meet their patient acquisition goals year-over-year. Prior to MassMedia, Brooke served as the director of marketing for H&H Enterprises where she managed a department focused on creative services and assisted with ad campaigns and media buys. She holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism and media studies from UNLV.

James Hughes

Vice President, Advertising

James brings more than two decades of invaluable media expertise to MassMedia, adeptly serving a wide range of clients across both B2C and B2B landscapes through diverse digital and traditional channels. His career, which began in the dynamic environment of New York, allowed him to develop a rich portfolio. He has worked across multiple sectors, including hospitality, gaming, entertainment, airlines, telecommunications, luxury goods, healthcare, and spirits, and has forged significant partnerships with industry giants such as MGM Resorts International, Activision, Delta, Verizon, Chanel, eHealth, and Stoli Vodka.

With a solid educational background from Southern Connecticut State University, James has risen through the ranks of the media world. Now based in Las Vegas, he deeply values family time, cherishing moments with his wife and two daughters. Their shared love for exploring national parks and engaging in outdoor activities reflects James’s adventurous spirit and his profound appreciation for nature.

James’s extensive professional experience, combined with his passion for outdoor adventures, underscores his exceptional ability to bring creativity and strategic insights to every project he undertakes, thereby elevating the standards of excellence within the media industry.

Zachary Krassin

Digital Marketing Director

Veteran Digital Marketing Executive, Zachary Krassin joined MassMedia from L’Oreal where he developed, launched, and managed intricate promotional strategies for the website, social channels, blog channels, paid media and advertising efforts for Matrix, a haircare division of the beauty conglomerate. Zak’s continued success in delivering on integrated digital marketing roadmaps and strategies that increased revenue and heightened customer engagement across a variety of business sectors led him to Las Vegas, Nevada.

In his role as Digital Marketing Director for MassMedia, Zak leads all digital marketing efforts on behalf of the agency. His proven ability to marry data and storytelling enables him to craft holistic digital strategies that propel results-driven campaigns and ultimately drive qualified leads, conversion and business growth for a wide range of clients. Zak’s unique blend of creative intelligence and analytical analysis helps to ensure MassMedia’s clients sustain profitable exposure and growth within a competitive landscape.

For more than five years, Zak has built and implemented targeted campaigns for multiple clients at Massmedia, including One Nevada Credit Union, Healthcare Partners of Nevada and Southwest Gas. Utilizing truly integrated tactics and an innate understanding of market trends and business needs, Zak is adept at creating effective digital marketing and advertising campaigns that meet and often exceed client expectations.

For five years, Zak was instrumental in the strategy development and execution of the digital component for HealthCare Partner’s Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) campaign. As a result of Zak’s efforts, the brand serving Southern Nevada saw a 300+% lift in web traffic, resulting in Medicare Advantage membership growth year over year. As the lead digital strategist for Southwest Gas SAFETY buy, which highlighted public service announcements such as “Call 811 Before You Dig” and “Recognize and Respond to Potential Gas Leaks,” Zak helped to ensure the campaign’s performance consistently surpassed all KPIs, saw heightened engagement, and ultimately led to a dramatic increase in web traffic with 90% of new web page sessions driven by his efforts. Within the first month of a digital campaign for One Nevada Credit Union led by Zak and his team, the bank saw 100+% lift in web traffic with quality sessions based on page analytical data, as well as a spike in website conversions – online loan applications.

In 2016, Zak received the Best Email Program Award from Las Vegas Innovation Marketing Association (LVIMA) for his work on Support Las Vegas Dome. In 2017, he was the recipient of two Pinnacle Awards, one for Social Media on behalf of his work on Support Las Vegas Dome and the other for his work on HealthCare Partner’s website.

Zak is certified in Google AdWords and Centro Certified in Basis, a Demand-Side platform. He graduated from Hamilton College in New York with a Bachelor of Arts in English and Music.

Matthew Swope

Capitalizing on his curiosity, overactive imagination and love of storytelling, Matt Swope has spent nearly a decade funneling that creative energy into public relations and marketing campaigns for some of the most beloved and respected brands, thought leaders and organizations. During his time at Hill+Knowlton Strategies, Matt played an integral part in developing, operating and managing a PR newsroom on behalf of Mazda North American Operations. Having played a crucial role in translating brands into experiences, Matt has contributed to the ideation, promotion and executive of numerous brand events and product launches on behalf of Mazda for media, influencers and consumers alike. From global product launches to media ride and drives, Matt operates at the intersection of creativity and strategy, helping craft experiences that quintessentially reflect a brand not only enhances the storytelling opportunities, but allows for consumers, media and influencers to connect with the brand or product in an entirely different way. Matt also served as the corporate communications manager for Autonomy, the nation’s largest electric vehicle subscription service founded by serial entrepreneur Scott Painter.
